OPTIM-R E Encapsulated Vacuum Insulation Panel

The next evolution of Kingspan’s vacuum-insulated roofing system achieves optimum thermal performance in tight spaces without increasing roof height. OPTIM-R E is a rigid vacuum insulation panel with a fumed silica core that is encased and sealed in a thin, gas-tight envelope. This construction delivers exceptionally low thermal conductivity, achieving an R-Value of 34.2 per inch at the center of the panel and offering one of the thinnest available solutions for meeting demanding thermal performance targets. Each panel is also encapsulated in a proprietary coating that increases durability and reduces risk of handling on site.
