ProChannel Ci Wall System

This thermally efficient structural exterior rainscreen wall cladding attachment system is intended to minimize penetrations through the insulation and AWRB layers. It features the self-sealing Grip-Deck TubeSeal fastening system from TRUFAST Walls that helps seal the blind fastener penetration at the AWRB behind the layer of continuous insulation. Thermal-bridging is also reduced by the TubeSeal which prevents contact between the screw and the channel, creating a thermal-break.

"ProChannel Ci is a true 2024 innovation that addresses a long-standing weakness in CI assemblies: thermal bridging and leakage at fastener penetrations. By pairing a ventilated 7/8" rainscreen channel with TubeSeal fasteners that compress and self-seal through WRBs, the system elevates both air/water performance and constructability. This is a notable building-envelope advancement, even if full material-health disclosures remain limited."
