When designing the headquarters for the Association of Interior Designers (ASID) in Washington, D.C., Perkins&Will specified Llumar decorative window film with printed patterns of a dragonfly wing, which is a naturally occurring fractal pattern, as a way of satisfying the biophilic design principle of Complexity and Order.
